What is the correct order for a skincare regimen?
Posted by: admin : Category: skincare treatments
I use a cleanser, spot treatment, and moisturizer. What is the correct order that I should use these? the cleanser dries my skin a bit so i really need the moisturizer, but i dont want to take away the spot treatment and make it useless. what should i do?
well, you cannot use a moisturizer and a spot treatment at the same time. also, you should not be using a drying cleanser! try cetaphil for dry skin, or spectro jel.
you can do this:
morning:
wash your face with a cleanser and cold water. this brings blood flow to your face which is great for the skin.
moisturize.
night:
wash your face with a cleanser and warm water. this opens up the pores for the next product.
use your spot treatment.
