You can crush it …
You can crush it with enough water to make a paste. The same paste can be used after shaving to reduce razor burn. Especially around the bikini area. The Salicylic acid in aspirin has the same inflamation reducing components as an acne reducing facial wash. It’s just a less expensive alternative.

If you have really sensible skin, i’d also recomend honey with oat. Mix it with a bit of water and wear it for 20 minutes, your skin will feel really soft and it’s not as harsh. I’d like to know, how you can use aspirin for this exfoliation?
