Skincare: Weird red spot suddenly appeared on my face?

So, i used this weird moisturizer thing that came in an Acne Free 3 Step system as a spot treatment a few minutes ago. I sat on the computer for like 5 mins, and then when I went back to my bathroom, in the mirror, where I put the moisturizer thing was becoming a red blotch.
The pimples kinda faded, but the red blotch is still there..What do I do to get rid of it?
Stop using the mosterizer. I personally don’t like AcneFree products. I do however like Proactive and Clean n clear. I think Clean n clear is better though. Hope this helps! P.S. To get rid of the pimple, buy Clean n Clear Advantage Acne spot treatment. Apply it to the pimple and then it shoul be gone in 1-2 days. You can buy it at Wal-mart Or Rite Aid.

You might have had a reaction to it, i would stop using it if i were you, your skin might just be a bit sensitive (:
You could always try using it one more time, if it does it again.. DEFINITELY stop using it
