exactly right. my skin feels great today. the only thing i changed was my diet.

When i talked to the dermetologist i specifically said when i changed my diet, my skin started to feel better to see if she would say anything about it. Nope, she just said my pores were clogged (duh! thats what i told her the problem was) so she gave me a cream to put on it to help shed the skin off and clear my pores. Been there. Done that.

I dont see how doctors find this all to be bullcrap.

Most doctors don’t look at things as a whole but focus on one problem at a time which isn’t the right way to solve anything because everything in the body is interconnected.

a lot of ppl have large pores. they can be natural but iv noticed that my large pores were caused by diet….idk it can be a cause of many things. doctors will say its just caused by genetics but i think thats BS for 100% of cases like they say

Yes unclogging your pores is a good thing to make skin feel better but more importantly the cause of the clogging should be addressed. My cause was diet.

i also dont see how doctors cant see the overall picture. It amazes me. Doctors would be REALLY screwed if they had to have a money back guarantee like many other professional services give.
