Hi Teddy! What I would do is keep using the Tanaka massage to smooth out the fine lines on your forehead, keep your skin nicely moisturized (dry skin is more prone to wrinkles), and do your best to avoid refined sugar and caffeine (like coffee) – both of those dry out your skin and contribute to early aging.

There’s a few more things you can do, but start with that and let me know how things improve. You’re young, so your skin will bounce back very quickly.
