With all the dangerous chemicals out there in beauty products, be careful. Be good to your body and it’ll be good to you Try to go the natural route as much as you can, your body will appreciate it. Acne won’t go away over night, and can even take years to find what works for you. I know having a lot of acne is horrible, but you can get through it and, no matter what, know that YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!

@cherriesandwine oh, and derma e has a really good all natural face wash called very clear problem skin cleanser. It’s very refreshing. Helped clear up a lot of my acne in about a month or so. It’s good, cause everything I put on my face usually burns, or leaves a dry yucky feeling. It’s pricey at 14$, but it lasts a long time and has become I can’t live without it. Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay is great too!! Just lay it on thick and sucks everything out! I add ACV and witch hazel to it.

@BrutalSleep85 I’ve tried this and it’s really good. I did that and used a detox tea for a month and it really helped more than any pill my derm could have given me. For girls with hormonal acne, taking a primrose oil tablet everyday, and take two the week before, during, and after your period. It has made such a difference. Even using it as a night cream is awesome. Just don’t put the primrose oil in the fridge and get a good quality from a health food store, like better health.

I know it seems like the end of the eorld for You all, but please don’t make the mistake I made.
I took a drug called Roaccutane (for My Acne), and I have; now had a condition called Hidradenitis Suppurative for 16 years now.
I promise You… You would rather have Acne all over Your body for a year, than to live with the symptoms of HS, for just 1 week!
I IMPLORE YOU… Please dont make My mistake!

4 or 5 tea spoons …
4 or 5 tea spoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with some water did the trick for me. drink several times a day and you should notice some improvement pretty quick.

I did the same …
I did the same thing. When I was young, I read somewhere a test of what kind of skin you have…it basically said that you can put anything on oily skin, and that people with sensitive skin always have dry skin BUT people with oily skin can ALSO have sensitive skin.

@Kali1050 Grow up, some people get acne that just doesn’t go away, Period. It’s like saying you have cancer and if you washed your face… you wouldn’t have say… brain cancer. No matter what you do you might get it, really bad. Period. The people that tend to talk are simply the people that haven’t been in the rougher patch of the grass.

I have suffered …
I have suffered with bad acne most of my life that is until I started using the 14 Day Acne Cure Solution. The 14 Days Acne Solution was the only thing that worked for me.
