There’s this one lotion in Wal-Mart thats called "PORCELANA The Skin Discoloration Authority" It’s actually to fade darkspots….I use it cuz Im actually real white and sun spots show up on me real easily, but I heard from others that it works on your whole face…..but maybe you should try it on your hand first…….also peroxide. Take a cotton ball, dip it in peroxide and put it all over your face and body…..just keep it away from your clothes.

What’s very effective for evening out skin complexions and getting rid of sun spots/freckles and post-acne scars? Also, If I stopped using the cream, would the spots come back? Your help is appreciated.

I was absolutely in love with Revlon’s Skinlights. I have a half of a tube left (I’ve had this stuff since high school which was 10 years ago or so). I am saving every last drop, lol. What is a comparable product to give my face a "glow"? Has to be liquid form, by the way.

e.l.f. Shimmering Liquid in "Spotlight" and "Lilac Petal" are some of the best illuminators you’ll ever find! They only cost a dollar each–yes, they actually are great quality despite the low price.

Also, Revlon Age Defying Illuminating Liquid is good and comes in several shades. I feel like the e.l.f. Shimmering Liquid actually have a prettier sheen to it and applies a bit better, but perhaps the new Revlon illuminator is kind of a dupe to the old Skinlights that has been discontinued. It’s worth a shot!

I have recently purchased Palmer’s skin fade milk, which is also a skin brightener. I was hoping to lighten my skin tone because I’ve picked up a slight tan over summer which I now wish to get rid of. How do skin brighteners work? Thanks. PS I am a 22 yo Caucasian female.

it is to make dark spots lighter to match the rest of your skin tone.a tan will fade on its own but a skin brighten may work. just try and see.

I cant buy it online, so i does anyone know any stores that sell revitol products?

Okay I am an African-American male curious about Revitol Skin brightner and sensitive areas on my body, question 1 would it be okay to put it on my lips (sounds dumb I know) because it would be fairly odd if my skintone and lip color did not match. Question 2 how about sensitive areas such as pelvic region (i.e penis) because you can’t just rub anything down there. And the 3rd and final question what about the scalp area I get my hair cut every other week or so and it would look odd if the skin tone on my face and body were different from that on my scalp, also if I were to put it on my scalp would my hair change color? I know a little about this product, so let me take it from the top

1. You can put it on your lips, but make it a point not to ingest it. Revitol does use only natural ingredients, so it isn’t going to cause any side effects – so don’t be worrying about that. Try to keep it on for around 10-20 minutes for best results.

2. You can apply it in that region too. Not a problem.

3. I wouldn’t advice applying it on your scalp. It might result in discoloration. Also don’t worry about your head scalp being a different color after getting a hair cut. Happens with everyone in this case. Good news is that it takes only about 2-3 weeks for sunlight to effect the melanin in the region which will get it to adapt to your body’s skin color. It’s primarily because the skin on the head is very sensitive and will adapt faster than anywhere else on the body.
