skincare treatments
i went to the spa to get the cellulite body treatment done and they used this cream on my thighs and butt for a cellulite massage. so after i decided to buy some from them to continue to use it. has anyone had any good results from it? i see a slight improvement from yesterday but thats it.
Hi, hon –
No I have not used that particular cellulite product but it isn’t listed as a top product here: http://www.cellulitetreatment.org/reviews/
It’s probably more important for you to determine if the cream is working right for you. Keep in mind that most of the time the people at the salon or the spa are trying to sell you things because they make a commission on the sale!
So take their recommendations with a grain of salt.
Good luck, hon!

I am already in my late fourties. I went for Radio Frequency treatment to firm my face. Instead now my skin is very sensitive. It itch and is blotchy. If I use rich skin care, it blocks my skin. If I use normal skin care, my skin looks very dry and blotchy. What should I do?
consult a dermatologist immediately, they know more. good luck

skincare treatments
I have sensitive skin that dries out easily.
Here is my skincare routine so far:
Cleanser: Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser
Toner: ????
Moisturizer: Olay Complete (the day one for sensitive skin, then the night cream)
Spot treatment: ????
I don’t have buckets of cash, so I don’t want to spend much on either of these.
Oh, and I drink lots of water (recommending that I do is an automatic thumbs down) and eat well.
Maybe you don’t need a toner. Notice that Cetaphil does not make them because their product rinses away clean and leaves your skin at the correct pH, eliminating the need for toner.
But if you feel that you must use one, try Olay refreshing toner or Neutrogena alcohol free toner because alcohol will dry you out and salicylic acid will make you more sensitive.
Maybe Clean and Clear acne treatment or Neutrogena on the spot acne treatment.

I need an acne treatment that I can get at walmart or a drug store. I don’t need a facewash. Just "spot treatment" for acne that I can put right on the pimple. What have you used? What works best? Any skincare tips?
Have you looked into Proactive for your spot treatment?
I’ve been using Proactive for a while now and it works really great. It works very fast, within a day or so. I haven’t had a breakout in a while. I’ve tried all sorts of different acne medication and pills and none of those worked for me. Now I just need to figure out how to gert rid of all these scars
If you’re thinking about giving it a try, you might still be able to find a free sample of Proactive through this site http://www.freesamplesfromheaven.com/proactive-solution-free-sample
Good luck, I hope that helps

I usually don’t have dry skin, but in the winter (here in Canada) my skin gets dry and I need to use moisturizer on my skin. I want to know what cream is good and will make my skin smooth and soft.
Aveeno – did I spell that right? -
Anything with Oatmeal retains moisture
Drink plenty of water too – I feel like I write that in all health questions but it’s the key to a clean health body and complexion. . . Really
