Skin Care Treatments

When i was younger, maybe 13, i had no spots at all, then at 14, i got the odd pimple and used a on-the-spot treatment, now at 16 i get lots of spots.
I get these spots where i use my cream, i.e. my jaw and body i dont use the cream and therefore dont get spots.

What i’m basically trying to say is does skincare product actually help as much as it could hinder spots . x

depends on your skin type and what kinds of products you use, better you change it if the products you use now is not suitable for your skin

I’m already getting her a mascara, but i want to throw in a face mask or scrub or treatment or something cool. She already has Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask and St. Ives Scrub, so don’t say those. Also, please have them be drugstore brand!

I use melaleuca cleansers as well as zinc pills, zinc/sulfur creams. I was thinking of buying mark cleanser That’s Deep coz they say its natural, but Idk.
This is my morning regimen:
Melaleuca cleanser.
Zinc pills (after I ate)
Zinc acne treatment.
Clinique sunblock.

Night:
Steps 123, and moisturizer.
So what do ya think?

Too much zinc can be detrimental to health, so make sure you’re not getting too much. Other than that, I guess it sounds alright. Just watch the zinc intake.

how well does it work?

my mom has that and from what i hear, not very well

Im 14 and my skin is ok apart from a few black heads on my nose and chin. Also my nose gets pretty red sometimes from a few spots. The rest of my skin is ok. What treatment/products would work well to reduce some of the redness on my nose, remove the blackheads and maybe all over cleansing. It doesnt hav to be one product to solve all those problems. thnx to anyone who answers

the acne on my face is much improved, what i have now at certain times of the month, are like red cysts around my jawline or on my neck which i’ve never had before, over the counter spot creams do not seem to be as effective at clearing those up. . I tried Roaccutane, and it made me dangerously depressed, anyone reading this thinking of going on this drug or is already on it, please be aware of this side effect and stop using it if you effected in this way There have been quite a few suicides atributed to it. Just thought that was very important to add.

a broad spectrum antibiotic such as oxytetracycline (500 mg twice daily) or doxycycline (100mg once daily) sould be sufficient enough, long term therapy maybe required. benefits are optimum after 4-6 weeks.
