My face isn’t bad with acne, just a few here and there once in awhile, and sometimes it appears a little red. I was going to try the 3-step Clinique system, but is there any spot treatments or brands that prevent acne and it works? Thanks. And I don’t want home remedies or product ads that people post. :]

it all depends on your skin really but i use the 3-step Clinique system and they do them for all different skin types. i’ve tried numrous different products but i found that the clinique system works best. hope it helps

Face wash, moisturizer, anti-ageing treatments, eye creams, masks, toners – whatever you use to take care of the skin on your face on a regular basis. I get complimented on my skin a lot, usually by professionals who do my makeup or when I buy products. Sometimes just by friends and strangers. Anyway, you are born with good skin and nothing can make you have it if its not genetic.

But, every skin type still needs help. I use a facial cleanser in the morning, it’s called St Ives Apricot Foaming Cleanser. It is the best, I have sensitive skin and this stuff doubles as a makeup remover. I am still searching for a good toner to use afterwards, I haven’t found one yet. I have Nivea but I dont like it, so I just use it on my bikini line after I shave. It helps reduce razor bumps!

Anyhow, for my moisturizer I spent about $50 because I find the cheap drug store kind makes me break out in rashes. Also, this moisturizer is AMAZING! It has lasted me three months already, so far. It is Merle Norman Ageless Moisturizer. I love Merle Norman makeup and products! It has SPF15 and I can use it daily without getting pimples.

I use cheap NYC concealer and sometimes put on Merle Norman foundation, which is wonderful. Everything else is enhanced by makeup: Bronzer, blush, transluscent powder and shimmer powder.

I havent dealt with ACNE but I find simple peroxide kills away a pimple faster than anything expensive. Moisture, moisture and cleanse!

What skincare routine do you follow? Can you tell me what works for you, in terms of:

Morning:- Cleanser and creams

Night: – Cleanser and creams

Treatments:- any additional monthly or weekly treatments / facials

Salon / doctor treatments:- if any…

Morning:- Clean & clear Cleanser, avon pore-fection toner, Nivea moisturizing sun screen
Middle of the day:-Cleansr, toner, Clean & clear oil free moisturizer
Night:- Clean & clear daily srub, cleaser, toner, night cream

Treatment:-(1) yogurt, few drops of lemon juice and honey for relaxing (i have combined skin that is easy to break out)
(2) steam every two weeks

this routine really help me in keeping my skin under control

i was watching an infomercial about some volcanic clay mask for the skin and body . i never seen or heard about it before . i dont remember the name of the product . i just remember the host calling the product maker the clayman. in the infomercial he was using the products on people at a convention for spa treatments .

A few weeks ago I gave to my brother, as a Christmas present the Lab Series skincare for men line. He started using it last saturday. (Multiaction facewash, Oil control & Instant Moisture), but he’s still having oily nose and forehead. Is it fine? I mean, how long does it takes to find out results?, I know that a week is too soon, but what do you think?

Also, he’s getting some acne, we went to the store and they told us that acne at the beginning of the treatment is completely normal, because the products are cleaning all the skin and removing all the oil and stuff, Is this true?

I would say that any product which causes spots to appear should not be used, if it isn’t working by now then it wont!;

I am a beauty therapist and have developed these wonderful products that are 100% natural. The thing is that I want someone to take them on and sell them for me. I have been going to the field days and exhibiting at the beauty expos at sydney and melbourne but I am not a sales person as such…I want soemone else to do it maybe as a commission based thing or for them to wholesale off me and take to the field days etc themselves. These products sell themselves, as the sales pitch you offer a complimentary hand treatment and 1 out of 3 sales are guaranteed!

Advertise in the local paper for salespeople. That is, if you want someone to go door-to-door, or to exhibitions for you. If you want them distributed on a larger scale, contact marketing executives from the nearest large city.
